Where are the incisions located during breast augmentation surgery ?

A general method of breast lift in Arzni Aesthetica Surgicenter presupposes three incisions. One of them is made around the areola. Another runs vertically from the bottom side of areola to line under the breast. The third horizontal incision is made below the breast.

After Dr. Danielyan has removed redundant skin, the nipple and areola are moved higher. Skin that was formerly above the areola is brought down to reshape the breast. The nipples and areolas remain attached to underlying mounds of tissue, and this usually helps to save sensation and ability to breast-feed.

There are many variations of the incisions in breast lift. Dr. Danielyan determines the best technique depending on such factors as size and outline, size of areolas and the grade of sagging.

In some cases, it may be possible to avoid horizontal incision under the breast. Sometimes a technique is used which lets avoid horizontal incision as well as vertical incision running from the bottom edge of the areola to the breast crease.
