During the restoration of the building, priority was given exclusively to natural, high-quality materials—stone, wood, and glass. This preserved the structure’s historic value and distinctive architectural character while giving it a sense of modern luxury and sophistication.
In the clinic’s outdoor areas, asphalt was replaced with high-quality natural Armenian tuff stone, which not only blends harmoniously with the surrounding environment but also emphasizes the natural character and aesthetic integrity of the grounds. Part of the utility infrastructure is designed around the collection and reuse of rainwater, contributing to resource conservation and sustainable development.
A significant portion of the clinic’s hot water and electricity is supplied through solar energy, allowing the clinic to operate more efficiently and according to environmentally responsible principles, making it one of the region’s unique eco-medical centers.
