What Is Lipofilling (Fat Grafting)?
This is a biological grafting technique in which natural tissue is gently harvested from areas of the body where it is most abundant and transferred to areas that have lost volume. As a result, the skin is rejuvenated and the face regains youthful fullness.

1. Harvesting the Biological Material
The surgeon carefully harvests the necessary amount from areas of the body where there is excess tissue, usually the outer thighs or abdomen. The process resembles liposuction but is performed using specially designed delicate cannulas.
2. Aesthetic Injection
The harvested material is processed and carefully injected into targeted areas of the face using small syringes. We focus on achieving a natural appearance, targeting:
- The upper eyelids and temple area
- The cheeks and cheekbones
- The lips and nasolabial folds
Invisible marks: The procedure requires openings of less than 1 mm. After healing, they become completely invisible, leaving only the beautiful result.
Postoperative Period and Maintaining Results
During the first six months after lipofilling, some of the transferred material is naturally absorbed. This is a predictable process, which is why our surgeons use hypercorrection, injecting slightly more volume than necessary so that the final result is perfect.
Tips for a Fast Recovery
- Position: To reduce swelling, sleep with your head elevated during the first few days (use several pillows).
- Rest: Dedicate the first week after surgery to complete rest. Hematomas and swelling are natural and will subside within 7–14 days.
- Work: You can return to your daily routine after 7–10 days.
- Activity: Light physical activity is permitted after two weeks, while strenuous activity should be avoided for 1–1.5 months
